| Educational Requirements: | Minimum of BS in engineering, biology, geology or environmental science preferred; MS preferred. Professional certifications expected. At least 5 years of the last 10 years of experience must include project management and proposal preparation for large (greater than $2,000,000), complex projects and/or businesses. Must have a strong business, organizational and accounting background. Must be able to travel and develop new business opportunities for all subsidiary businesses. |
The President/CEO of Chadux Management Services reports to a Board of Directors and the CEO of the parent company and will, at a minimum:
- Participate in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the parent company and subsidiary companies that defines specific goals to meet shareholder expectations.
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the Board of Directors to accomplish the specific goals established in the strategic plan.
- Maintain operations and business development activities for all subsidiaries.
- Negotiate contracts and other agreements on behalf of Chadux Management Services and the subsidiaries.
- Provide quarterly reports to the Board of Directors.
- Lead the development of new business for the subsidiaries.
- Support all on-going programs.
- Provide positive leadership, networking and mentorship of shareholders and staff.
- Develop policies and procedures for Chadux Management Services and the subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement cost controls.
